Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients: Shrimp, Tomatos, red Onion, garlic (minced preferred), Canned Mangos, Jarred jalapenos, Lemon Juice, Corn tortillas, Optional: Avocado

Mango Pico: Pico De Gallo is a very simple salsa to make with the main ingredients being tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños, So first you need to dice up 2 tomatoes and 1 whole red onion, next you want to dic cup a cup of Jalepenos and add to splashes of juice into it, next you want to add a whole can of mangos into it with the juice, add a spoonful of garlic and 4 splashes of lemon juice and just mix it around and you are good to go.

Shrimp: Shrimp are very simple to cook. just season them with a tea spoon pepper, a teaspoon salt, 3-4 splashes of lemon juice, and a teaspoon of garlic. set a pain to medium heat throw in some oil and drop the shrimp, when the shrimp start to sizzle throw a pan on top to help steam the shrimp, stir them around and when they are white with little brown to them they are ready.

Tortilla: put a pan on medium heat and drop a corn tortilla, flip after 30 second and after another 20 it will be ready. repeat process for how many tacos you want.

plating: first put a tortilla on the plate then 3-4 shrimp on one taco, then tow spoon full of Mango Pico on to pop the shrimp. Note: you do not want a lot of juice from the pico on the taco but little bit will help the flavor. you can also add avadcado if you would like.

though the shrimp tacos are very simple to make they are a great way of whipping up a quick dinner, just defrost some shrimp in the morning and work for 20-30 without any real major steps and you have a devious dinner.
