Ginger Soy Brussel Sprouts

If you ever want a healthy and delicious snack, appetizer, or even side dish, I would Highly recommend making some ginger soy Brussel sprouts

Ingrediants: Soy Sauce, ginger (minced), sriracha, honey, mirin, garlic (minced), sesame seeds, brussel sprouts

Create a marnade equal parts honey, mirin, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, siracha and 2 parts soy sauce.

If not already trimmed cut the stem of the Brussel sprouts and mix them around in the marinade. The Brussel sprights should not be drowning in the marinaded but should be covered fully.

Let the brussel sprouts marinate for half an hour and preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Take the brussel sprouts out and place them on a baking sheet with parchment and put them into the oven for 20-25 minutes. the leaves should be little blackened and and it should smell toasty from the sesame seeds.

Serve immediately and enjoy

I used to work in a place where this was a very popular appetizer and it was very surprisingly good. I never cared for brussel sprouts in the past but these changed my whole view on the vegetable. Now I did my own version on these adding in honey and sriracha giving a salty umami taste from the soy sauce and adding an exploding sweet and sour flavor from the sauces.
